FAGE’s yogurt is naturally produced from cows' milk and live yogurt cultures. The FAGE straining process means that 4 pounds of fresh pasteurized cows’ milk go into each pound of FAGE’s Total yogurt. Next, we add our very own live active yogurt cultures – produced at our facilities. This helps create the signature FAGE taste. Finally, our straining technique removes all of the watery whey from the pasteurized cows’ milk, leaving you with only the thick, velvety texture of creamy FAGE yogurt.
